Services
Ngati Kahu Hauora provides:
General Practitioner and Nursing Services. Weekdays 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Trainee Doctors programme to become General Practitioners overseen by Dr Jethro LeRoy and Dr Claire Isham now in progress.
Satellite Hauora General Practitioner Clinics including Te Awanui Hauora (Matakana Island), Ngati Pukenga Hauora (Welcome Bay), Waipu Hauora (Matapihi) and (Flying Doctor Service) Motiti Island Hauora (Motiti Island) with full mobile Nursing and Administration support.
Whanau Ora Service – Health Promotion to Pakeke, Wahine, Tamariki, Rangatahi, Whanau covering Nutrition, Diabetes, Asthma/Respiratory, Family Planning, Injury Prevention, Glue Ear, Immunisation, Breast/Cervical Screening, Emergency Housing/Advocacy/WINZ/CYFS/Police.
Kaupapa Maori Alcohol & Drug Service - CYFS/Probation/Corrections Department/Excess Breath Alcohol Workshop, Reclaiming the Night, Intervention, Planning and Implementation, Youth at Risk (Whanau inclusive), FGC facilitation, Crisis Team, Mental Health Services
Koroua / Kuia Support Services – Three day programme.
Waihekerangi Respite Home for Koroua / Kuia owned and operated by Ngati Kahu Hauora on site.
ACC approved Assessment & Treatment provider.
WEII (Whanau Engagement/Innovation/Integration) through Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Development and Te Puni Kokiri).

· ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation in Whanau, Clinical and Support Services
· Cornerstone General Practitioners Accreditation – ‘Aiming for Excellence” through Royal NZ College of General Practitioners.
· Ministry of Health – Capacity Based Funding Documentation Review Audit, completed and signed off by the Ministry of Health
· Poutiri Trust – ‘Provider of the Year' Awards 2007, 2008 and 2010. Awarded for ‘Outstanding Excellence in the delivery of Health and Community Services'.
· Community Spirit Award Winner – Category Economics through the Tauranga City Council
